Mortgage Lending – The societies gross mortgage lending
in 2010 was £13.1 million and due to low levels of redemptions the mortgage book
grew by 3.03%. During the year an industrial property was repossessed resulting
in a loss of £675,000.
Savings – Savers balances increased to £156.5 million
from £151.3 million the year before.
