Profit after tax for the year £1,031,011. There were only 4 mortgage accounts three months or more in arrears (2010: 4) and no mortgage accounts twelve months or more in arrears. As at 31 December 2011, the Society had 2 mortgage accounts where the Society has exercised forbearance measures (2010: 0). The balance sheet increased by £3m (1.7%) at the year end. During 2011, and they achieved a significant
increase in small business, charity and pension fund customers.
