Financial Results Year Ended 30/11/2011

The profit for the year after taxation was £73,000 compared to £164,000 in the previous year.

£76.8 million was advanced on first mortgages of freehold and leasehold premises during 2011 (2010 £34.6 million). Loans and advances to customers at the end of the year totalled £423.3 million (2010 £429.4 million). At 30th November, 2011, there was only 1 case in which borrowers were in arrears with their repayments for 12 months or more (2010 1 case). The total amount outstanding on this account was £44,747 (2010 £44,827) including arrears of £2,461 (2010 £2,509).

The balances held by shareholders and depositors reduced during the year by £11.9 million (2010 reduced by £57.5 million). Their combined balances at 30th November, 2011, amounted to £530.8 million (2010 £542.7 million). Financial Results Year Ended 30/11/2010

Mortgage Lending – Mortgage applications net of cancellations totalled £48 million during the year, up from £29 million the previous year. At 30th November, 2010, there was only 1 case in which borrowers were in arrears with their repayments for 12 months or more (2009 1 case). The total amount outstanding on this account was £44,827 (2009 £45,431) including arrears of £2,509 (2009 £3,100).

Savings – The balances held by shareholders and depositors reduced during the year by £57.5 million (2009 reduced by £51.4 million). Their combined balances at 30th November, 2010, amounted to £542.7 million (2009 £600.2 million).
